Important Message about our COVID-19 Response
PeopleFacts joins you in our concern for the health and safety of our employees and
communities surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. As your strategic partner,
we recognize the critical role we play in your human resource process. And, that during
this global event, you may have questions related to business continuity and the
availability of screening services.
Our executive leadership team is actively monitoring this evolving threat, and if needed,
we are prepared to activate our business continuity task force. We wanted to take this
opportunity to share some of the steps we are taking to ensure continued service to you
while we all navigate through the impact of the pandemic.

We are closely following the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and
recommendations on the steps we can take to help prevent the spread of the virus,
and have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of
maintaining a healthy and safe environment at all of our operating locations.

We are in regular contact with our infrastructure and computing partnerships,
including Microsoft, Amazon, and Iron Mountain Data Centers, to ensure that our
systems will remain fully functional and accessible.

We are monitoring data providers including courthouses, schools, employers,
clinics, testing laboratories, and others that are key parts of our information
supply chain. A number of organizations have already closed or announced closures
due to the virus. The most current information will be posted to the client portal.

As part of our ongoing communications with our national drug screening and
occupational health testing partners including Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, and
Concentra, they are communicating increased visits to patient service centers due
to flu and other heightened health concerns. While no closures have been announced
at this time, it is possible that certain clinic locations may close without notice
in the event of exposure to COVID-19, so we recommend contacting the clinic in
advance of any upcoming visit.
